Fiber foraging | a beginning

For two decades I have danced with the idea of learning to work with willows.

This time of year, as the snow starts to retreat and the brown mess of break up splashes slush, I scan the roadsides for pussy willow and signs of spring.

Year after year, I have dreamed of building beautiful living fences and archways with this famous flexible flora. Never before now have I prioritized the timely education and application of learning in a way that actually feels possible.
